Freight Charges – Australia-wide

• Delivery is provided by Australia Post, Couriers Please, StarTrack and TNT.
• All deliveries can be tracked at all times via their online tracking systems.
• If you require Express Freight and your order is eligible, please select it during the checkout process.
• Freight charges for goods that exceed Australia Post’s package measurements or weight limits (over 20KG) require a quote.

DELIVERY TIMES

• ✔ Expected time of delivery is typically 2-7 working days depending on your location. Please keep in mind, if you are located rurally this may cause an extended delay of one week minimum.
• ✔ Express Post is offered within Australia.
• ✔ We do same day dispatch for all in-stock items that are purchased from Monday to Friday.
• ✔ Please Note; Unfortunately it is impossible for us carry all stock items 100% of the time. If an item is ordered that is out of stock we will ensure they are priority goods and will be dispatched as soon as possible.
• ✔ In the event of a stock item being ordered whilst out of stock the customer will be notified immediately by phone or email.
