Cartridge, Sausage, Angled, Foam & Mixing Nozzles
A fresh cartridge won't help much if the nozzle can't reach the joint. Soudal Nozzles give builders, installers, maintenance crews, waterproofers & workshop professionals replacement & specialist options for dispensing sealants, adhesives, fillers, PU foams & compatible two-component products with better control.
The range covers sealant nozzles, replacement cartridge nozzles, capped tips, 175mm long nozzles, swivelling nozzles, 45° connectors, 600mL sausage nozzles, PU foam adaptor nozzles & static mixing nozzles. Some simply direct the bead. Others solve restricted access, suit a different pack format or mix two components during dispensing.
Using replacement nozzles with everyday sealants or construction adhesives? Browse Adhesives & Tapes. For cartridge-applied PU joint sealants, explore Soudal Polyurethane Sealant.
Before loading the applicator, check three things: the pack, the access & the product. A cartridge nozzle, sausage nozzle, foam adaptor & static mixer perform different jobs. Matching those details first can save wasted material, awkward application & an unnecessary trip back to the toolbox.
What Are Soudal Nozzles?
Soudal nozzles are application accessories used with compatible sealants, adhesives, fillers, manually applied PU foams & two-component products.
The nozzle controls how material leaves the pack &, depending on its design, can also change how easily the applicator reaches the work.
Soudal's nozzle & mixer range includes:
► Cartridge Nozzle 305953 – replacement dispensing nozzle for compatible standard cartridges
► Cartridge Nozzle with Cap 108762 – replacement nozzle with a resealable cap
► 175mm Long Nozzle 102992 – extended reach for recessed & restricted areas
► Swivelling Nozzle 117773 – twistable up to approximately 90° for difficult access
► 45° Nozzle Connector 103002 – changes the direction of compatible nozzle application
► 600mL Sausage Nozzle – for compatible foil-sausage dispensing equipment
► PU Foam Adaptor Nozzles 102998 – replacement nozzles or straws for compatible manually applied foams
► Static Mixer Pro 117596 – static mixer for compatible two-component systems
► Static Mixer Nozzle 119561 – mixing nozzle specified with compatible products including Soudaseal 2K
The practical difference is important: ordinary nozzles direct material while static mixers also combine components before the material reaches the job.
Why Choose Soudal Nozzles?
The Opening Controls More Than Appearance
For cut-to-size cartridge nozzles, the size of the opening influences how much material is dispensed.
A smaller opening supports a finer bead. A larger opening releases more material for wider applications.
Starting slightly smaller than the finished bead gives you room to increase the opening if required.
Better Access Can Mean Better Control
A cartridge gun is much larger than its nozzle.
Around pipework, inside recesses, behind components or close to internal corners, trying to position the entire applicator can compromise control. Long, swivelling & angled options move the dispensing point into areas a conventional straight tip may struggle to reach.
Different Packs Need Different Application Hardware
A standard rigid cartridge & a 600mL foil sausage aren't interchangeable dispensing systems.
Checking the pack before selecting the replacement nozzle helps prevent a simple compatibility mistake.
Static Mixers Have a Different Job
Two-component products require both components to combine correctly.
A compatible static mixer creates that mixing action internally while material passes through the nozzle. Replacing it with an ordinary cartridge tip removes that function.
Small Spares Can Prevent Bigger Delays
Nozzles can become blocked, damaged, lost or cured between applications.
Keeping compatible spares with frequently used cartridges, sausage applicators, foam cans & two-component systems can prevent a minor accessory from holding up the next application.
Common Applications
Replacement Nozzles for Sealant & Adhesive Cartridges
For routine cartridge work, Cartridge Nozzle 305953 is the straightforward replacement option for compatible standard cartridges.
It's relevant when the original nozzle is damaged, unavailable or no longer practical to use.
Part-Used Cartridges
Cartridge Nozzle with Cap 108762 adds a resealable closure to the dispensing tip.
That can be useful when a compatible cartridge will be used again, although the cap doesn't override the material's normal shelf-life, curing or storage requirements.
Deep & Recessed Joints
Sometimes the joint is visible but the applicator simply can't get close enough.
The 175mm Long Nozzle 102992 extends the dispensing point into harder-to-reach locations while allowing the cartridge gun to remain further away.
That can help with:
► Recessed joints
► Deep connection points
► Restricted construction details
► Areas behind surrounding components
► Locations where the applicator body has limited clearance
Pipes, Corners & Obstructions
Straight access isn't always available.
The Swivelling Nozzle 117773 is designed for compatible standard sealant, adhesive & filler cartridges. It can be twisted up to approximately 90°, making it useful for sealing, filling or bonding around pipework & other difficult-access areas.
Where a fixed directional change is more suitable, the 45° Nozzle Connector 103002 provides another option.
600mL Sausage Sealants & Adhesives
Foil sausages are commonly used for professional sealing applications where larger material capacity is useful.
A compatible 600mL Sausage Nozzle works with the sausage dispensing setup rather than a standard rigid cartridge arrangement.
If you're carrying both cartridges & sausages, keep the corresponding nozzles separated so the right accessory is easy to identify on site.
Manual PU Foam Application
PU foam uses another dispensing arrangement again.
PU Foam Adaptor Nozzles 102998 are replacement nozzles or straws for compatible manually applied Soudal foams.
For expanding, flexible & specialist foam products, browse Soudal PU Foam.
Two-Component Adhesives & Sealants
A two-component product can require a static mixer rather than a conventional dispensing tip.
Soudal's range includes Static Mixer Pro 117596 & Static Mixer Nozzle 119561 for compatible systems.
The internal path mixes the separate components as they're dispensed, producing the combined material required for application.

Product Selection Guide
Need a Standard Replacement Caulking Nozzle?
Start with Cartridge Nozzle 305953.
It's the straightforward option when a compatible cartridge simply needs a fresh dispensing tip.
Want to Close a Part-Used Nozzle?
Consider Cartridge Nozzle with Cap 108762.
The cap provides a convenient closure for suitable applications. Always follow the sealant or adhesive's own storage instructions rather than assuming the cap will prevent curing indefinitely.
Need More Reach?
Choose 175mm Long Nozzle 102992 when the applicator body can't comfortably approach the joint.
Its extended length is particularly useful when the problem is access rather than bead size.
Need to Change Direction?
Compare Swivelling Nozzle 117773 with 45° Nozzle Connector 103002.
The swivelling nozzle provides an adjustable angle up to approximately 90°. The connector provides a fixed 45° change in direction.
Working From a 600mL Sausage?
Use a nozzle intended for the compatible sausage applicator.
Don't assume a standard cartridge replacement tip will fit simply because both systems dispense sealants or adhesives.
Replacing a Manual Foam Straw?
Look at PU Foam Adaptor Nozzles 102998.
These are intended as replacement nozzles or straws for compatible manually applied PU foam rather than standard cartridge sealants.
Using a Two-Component Product?
Use the static mixer specified for that product.
For Soudaseal 2K, Soudal specifies Static Mixer Nozzle 119561. The product instructions call for the mixer to be attached to the cartridge before dispensing the first approximately 10cm of material to waste until an even light-grey colour shows that the components are properly mixed.
That first output is preparation material, not part of the finished bond.
Expert Tips
Check the Pack Before Cutting Anything
Cartridge, sausage, manual foam can or two-component pack?
Answering that question first quickly narrows the correct nozzle type.
Match the Cut to the Gap
For suitable cut-to-size cartridge nozzles, Soudal recommends cutting the nozzle tip at approximately 45° with the opening matched to the width of the gap.
A diagonal opening can sit more naturally against the joint while the applicator moves along it.
For controlled cartridge & nozzle preparation, browse Cutting Tools.
Start With a Smaller Opening
You can enlarge a plastic nozzle. You can't shrink it again.
Make the first cut conservatively, test the bead & increase the opening if necessary. This is particularly useful where appearance, material consumption or joint width matters.
Don't Confuse Reach With Bead Size
A 175mm nozzle solves an access problem.
The finished bead still depends on the tip opening, material consistency, applicator pressure & movement speed.
Let the Swivelling Nozzle Solve the Angle
If the gun body is forcing your wrist or applicator into an awkward position, changing the nozzle angle may be easier than fighting the entire tool.
The swivelling nozzle is especially useful where pipework or surrounding components obstruct a direct approach.
Don't Force a Blocked Nozzle
A partially cured obstruction can distort the bead & increase pressure through the applicator.
Where appropriate, safely clear the obstruction or fit a compatible replacement rather than treating excessive trigger force as normal.
Treat Static Mixers as Part of the Product System
A static mixer isn't simply a convenient shape.
With a compatible two-component product, the internal mixing pathway is part of how the material is prepared. Use the specified mixer & follow the product's instructions for establishing a correctly mixed output before application.
Keep Different Nozzles Organised
A workshop drawer full of unidentified tips isn't much help when the crew needs one immediately.
Store cartridge tips, sausage nozzles, foam adaptors & static mixers with their compatible products or clearly label the storage location.
Keep Applicators Ready for the Next Cartridge
Old sealant, adhesive & jobsite contamination can build up around dispensing equipment.
