What Are Hobson Threaded Rods?

Think of threaded rod as fastening without the fixed head & predetermined grip length of a conventional bolt.

Thread runs continuously along the shaft, allowing compatible nuts & other threaded components to be positioned where the assembly requires them.

That adjustability makes allthread useful when a standard bolt is too short, when the final position needs adjustment or when fastening points are required at different locations along the rod.

A perfect length isn't much use when the nut won't start.

Cutting can leave burrs or deformation at the end of the rod.
