The Morris 20mm x 500mm Extra Long HSS Twist Drill is engineered for deep drilling applications where standard drill bits cannot reach. Part of the Morris Long Drills extended-reach drilling range, this professional-grade drill is designed for fabrication, construction and industrial environments requiring precision drilling at significant depth.

Manufactured from High Speed Steel and finished using a steam-tempering process, the drill improves heat dissipation and chip flow during drilling operations. The extended 500 mm overall length allows operators to reach deep cavities and structural sections where standard drill bits are too short.

The drill incorporates a 118° notched point with a 30° helix design which improves drill starting and reduces wander. This geometry produces controlled chips and consistent cutting performance when drilling materials such as mild steel and cast iron.
