The Makita DUR368LZ 18Vx2 Brushless Loop Handle Line Trimmer (Tool Only) runs two 18V LXT batteries for 36V of power — the torque to hold speed through thick grass and dense weeds that bog down single-battery trimmers. The brushless motor delivers 3-stage speed control up to 6,500rpm with Automatic Torque Drive that lifts output under load, a reverse switch to spin off tangled clippings, and XPT sealing against dust and moisture. Cutting width is a generous 350mm.
