The Bordo 16–60mm 11 Pce Tradesman’s Hole Saw Kit is a premium, trade-ready hole cutting set built around Bordo’s Cobalt Bi-metal 1-piece hole saws. Designed for fast, smooth cutting with reduced vibration, this kit is ideal for everyday site and workshop drilling where clean, accurate holes are non-negotiable.

This kit features HSS cobalt bi-metal cutting edges engineered for shock-resistant teeth and improved resistance to tooth strippage. With a 4/6 positive tooth configuration and a 48mm depth of cut, it delivers consistent performance across a wide variety of materials. Each saw is built with a 5mm thick heavy-duty backing plate—eliminating the need for a separate drive plate—helping you work faster with fewer components to manage.

Covering popular trade sizes from 16mm through to 60mm, this set is purpose-built for pipe and tubing installations, door lock fitting, electrical conduit work, hoses, antennas, and general construction and maintenance tasks. It’s suitable for steel, aluminium, brass, cast iron, plastic and timber. Stainless steel use is possible with cutting lubricant, reduced spindle speed, and adequate feed pressure to produce chips.
