Built to DIN338 standards, this jobber-length twist drill provides reliable performance for general carbon steel drilling and fabrication tasks.

Made from HSS Cobalt (HSS-Co) and protected with a TiN (Titanium Nitride) coating, this drill bit is designed to reduce friction and improve wear resistance during repetitive drilling. The 130° split point supports accurate self-centring starts, while two helical flutes with a 33° helix angle help evacuate chips and maintain stable cutting. Bordo’s Green Band series is engineered for machining carbon steels up to < 250 HB hardness and < 900 N/mm² tensile strength—making it a strong everyday choice for construction steels and common carbon steel grades.
