The Bordo 12mm HSS Cobalt TiAlN Coated Blue Band Jobber Drill is part of Bordo’s specialist Colour Band drilling range, engineered for demanding stainless steel drilling where work-hardening and heat build-up are common. Designed for trade and workshop use, this jobber-length drill delivers controlled cutting performance and reliable hole accuracy.

Manufactured from HSS Cobalt (HSS-Co) and finished with a TiAlN coating, this drill is built to handle higher temperatures and extend tool life in tough materials. The Blue Band series is designed for stainless steel machining requirements, featuring a multi-faceted point and two helical flutes with a 35° helix angle. The TiAlN coating increases tool surface hardness to 87Rc for improved wear resistance in repetitive drilling.
