Heavy-Duty Hose Management for Demanding Worksites

Loose hose on a workshop floor slows movement. It creates trip risk. It shortens their life. Macnaught | Poly Reel systems are designed to control that problem properly.

Across fleet workshops, heavy plant servicing bays & washdown zones, hose management directly impacts safety & productivity. Whether supporting fluid transfer aligned with Grease Guns, compressed air supply connected to Air Compressors, or workshop cleaning tasks using Air Hoses & Reels, controlled retraction protects both equipment & operators.

Macnaught poly reels are manufactured using high-impact polymer housings suited to harsh industrial environments. Corrosion resistance is critical in washdown areas, mining operations & coastal facilities. Unlike steel housings, poly construction resists rust while maintaining structural strength under repetitive use.

Maintenance crews operating around Hydraulic Equipment depend on smooth hose deployment without binding. Mechanical teams servicing vehicles alongside Vehicle Batteries & Chargers require organized floor space free from loose lines. Industrial sites utilizing Heavy Lifting & Rigging Gear benefit from controlled hose storage that reduces obstruction in high-traffic zones. Facilities running fixed service bays supported by Workbenches integrate hose reels to maintain workflow order. On large commercial builds involving Material Handling Equipment, safe hose management contributes to site compliance.

Macnaught | Poly Reel systems deliver spring-driven or manual rewind control with consistent tension. Hose protection extends service life while reducing downtime caused by abrasion or kinking.
